TRS Craft Services is currently seeking a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator for a company located in Garden Grove, CA !

Job Title : Fleet & Facilities Coordinator
Pay Rate : $17 – 20 DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:00am – 3:30pm
Job Type : Contract to hire

About the Role
The Facilities Administrator will perform basic administrative duties that will help support the company’s offices and warehouses.

What you will do (Essential Functions)
• Ordering, organizing, and upkeep of office supplies and pantry items
• Source competitive rates for various services
• Manage reoccurring services and coordinate with vendors for access
• Identify, collect and distribute mail & packages to employees
• Manage expense report for purchases
• Help with any incoming food deliveries
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follow directions
• Completes and submits reports, work orders, supply requests, and payroll timesheets accurately and timely
• Preserves resources by monitoring and controlling costs
• Ability to work with basic hand tools
• Uses discretion with sensitive information
• Work independently without supervision in the normal course of duties
• Processes work orders and completes assignments effectively and in a timely manner
• Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with policies and procedures
• Performs duties in a timely basis as assigned
• Aids outside vendors and contractors
• Ensures that facilities are safe and comfortable for staff and visitors
• Responds to staff, customers and contractors in a positive and respectful manner
• Demonstrates pride, enthusiasm and positive attitude in dealings with the all customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Who you are (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in the construction trades or related field is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered
• A valid driver's license is required
• Basic knowledge of principles and practices of facility maintenance and safety practices
• Knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Computer skills to complete forms and paperwork and to use email
• Skill in the safe and proper use of tools and equipment necessary to perform various maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to read, understand, and complete written and verbal requests and work assignments
• Ability to read and understand maintenance text to identify repair components and to complete operational tasks
• Ability to perform on-call duties as assigned
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
• Ability to take initiative and work efficiently to complete tasks with limited supervision

Receives Direction from
Director of Fleet and Facilities, Fleet and Facilities Supervisor

Provides Direction to
Vendors and suppliers

Physical Standards
• This position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation
• Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key
• This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less
