Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Mooresboro, NC (bordering Chesnee, SC)
Industry: Metals Manufacturing
Status: full-time, direct hire
Salary: $55-60k depending on experience, plus up to 10% annual variable bonus
TRS is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their client's growing team in the Mooresboro, NC / Chesnee, SC area. The HR Generalist’s primary responsibilities include new hire packet creation, hourly employee recruitment and data entry into the ADP system for all new hires.
Responsibilities Include:
• High-volume employee on-boarding and enrollment; including scheduling pre-employment screening, e-verify and documentation compliance, and new-hire paperwork completion
• Assist Finance department with ensuring accurate and on-time payroll
• Create or revise company job descriptions
• Employee relations; including workers compensation claim review, maintaining of employee reviews and facilitation of employee improvement plans
• Benefits administration
Requirements Include:
• 3-5 Years of experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Experience with ADP and Kronos preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Required
