Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Specialist to support and enhance our health, safety, and environmental programs. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing initiatives that protect employees, the environment, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Regulation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain and update safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Training & Education
Incident Management
Environmental Stewardship
Continuous Improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, oil & gas].
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE management systems.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
- HAZWOPER Certification
- First Aid/CPR Trainer Certification
