TRS Craft Services is actively searching for experienced inside sales position for a contract to hire position in Katy, TX.
Medical, Dental and Vision
Responsibilities
Answer customer emails and sales orders
Quote Freight
weigh and schedule freight for shipment
Job Scope
Builds strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention.
Assists customers in the selection of product across various product lines.
Timely Data Entry: Entering customers purchase orders that are sent in via fax, phone and e-mail.
Achieve predetermined metrics and demonstrate flexibility with changes in target goals.
Resolves order related issues, such as issuing return authorizations and credits as needed.
Refers customers to other internal/external resources as needed.
Conveys an ongoing awareness and understanding of new products and promotions.
Uses the computer system to provide information on pricing, availability and alternate product selection to complete customer transactions.
Ability to handle stress and to interact with others so as to establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment and minimize personal conflicts.
Other duties as assigned.
