Salary: $162,000 (Midpoint)

Schedule: 9/80 or 5/40 options
Reports: 4 Direct, 11 Indirect
Direct Reports: Contract Service Specialist, Maintenance Supervisor, Power Distribution Supervisor, IE&A Supervisor
Reports To: Asset Support Manager

Job Purpose

Lead and manage the Maintenance team to achieve plant performance, reliability, and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Guide and develop the Maintenance team, ensuring alignment with INEOS principles.
• Safety: Promote and ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
• Reliability: Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies.
• Cost Management: Oversee budget planning and cost control.
• Contractor Management: Ensure effective management of contractors.
