Our Client, who specialized in fully integrated operations and maintenance solutions is hiring Mill and Lathe Manual Machinist Lead in the Fort Worth, TX location for project needs.

Manual Machinist Lathe and Mill Lead
$35 + DOE depending on your skill set
Established Company Doing Energy / Power and Fabrication Related work

You know the Job;
Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching
Able to set up and operate conventional lathes/milling machines.
Works with machinists to ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
Familiar with jaw chucks.
OD and ID threading.
Able to read blueprints.
Able to use all types of micrometers, close tolerances and surface finishes.
Familiar with machining cold rolled steel, bronze, cast iron, aluminum and some heat-treated materials.

Required:
High school diploma or a GED equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in machining and employee lead experience
Ability to comprehend blueprints and work specifications
Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more
