• Familiar with heavy civil wall construction, cast-in-place concrete, mechanically stabilized earth retaining systems and precast noise wall construction

• Works with Wall Superintendent to direct and coordinate personnel and ensure the project progresses safely, on schedule, within all quality standards, and within prescribed budgets

• Able to use drafting software to develop construction means and methods plans

• Monitor construction schedule and costs using job cost reports and other documents to ensure project goals are met

• Follow quality procedures, understand inspection and testing plans, and collect quality document relative work for project documentation

• Manage material supplier and deliveries

• Identify and resolve conflicts through project established procedures

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

• Construction Management degree or global equivalent
• Typically has four (4) years of project experience
• Ability to speak/read multiple languages

• Basic or intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the basic or intermediate use of spreadsheets
