This person is a dynamic leader who embodies servant leadership and operational excellence to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across a large-scale manufacturing operation. This individual will leverage data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and continuous improvement methodologies to inspire teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results.
- Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Build and develop a high-performing team across multiple operations.
Competencies
- Proven leadership managing department managers – with groups of 500+.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles – to include OpEx principles
- Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Use of data to make decisions.
Key Experience & Skills
- Multi-shift or continuous operations.
- Plastics processing or packaging industry.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
