Precast Estimator

We are currently looking for an Estimator with precast experience to be part of our dynamic team for our Spartanburg, SC location.

Responsibilities for the Estimator include:
Precast experience
Create cost estimates
Follow pre-determined standards to determine cost
Collaborate with production, project management, engineering, sales teams, vendors, subcontractors and others as required

Requirements:
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinker with above average problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to meet deadlines
Strong personal organization skills, especially in maintaining records of information used to determine cost
Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Able to work individually or on a team
Maintains a balanced perspective about change; adapts when necessary while placing value in consistency of processes
Associate degree in Drafting, Construction Estimating or related technical field preferred
0-3 years of estimating experience
