We currently seek a Professional Land Surveyor for an opportunity within our client’s team of experienced professionals. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, based in Foothill Ranch, CA
Job Summary:
The successful candidate must be eager and able to grow a full-service surveying operation in the Orange County office with support from the Corona office during the initial stages of development. Candidate will be overseeing current Mapping/Surveying department and must be willing to build/grow the department further.
Qualifications:
Required
- 10+years of experience in So. Calif
- Boundary analysis
- Subdivision mapping
- Supervision of field crews
- Legal descriptions
- Licensed land surveyor(CA)
- Project management
- Proposal writing and budgeting
- Job cost monitoring
- Billing
- Client relations
