Job Title: Project Recruiter
Location: Greenville, SC
Status of Hire: contract to possible hire
Duration of Assignment: 6 month contract-to-possible-direct

Pay: $75-100k (exempt, salaried) depending on experience
Work Location: hybrid role with flexibility as needed, Mon/Fri work-from-home, Tues-Thurs on-site 9a-4p on Fluor Project Floor (4th floor of Center 1)

Description of Role from Hiring Manager:
We would be looking for a Project Recruiter with min 7+ years’ experience with degree (or 11 years with no degree). Ideal experience would be technical engineering recruitment focus to support project needs which include detailed design project stages. We have about 50+ current engineering needs and a few construction needs. Future of the role will include project management and project specific roles (Project Engineers for life-sciences, bio, pharma industry construction projects across the US – Indiana being a main focus). History of proven success recruiting electrical, mechanical, and project engineers for construction sites and manufacturing facilities across the US. Ideal candidate is willing to travel to project site(s) and work with construction and project managers to develop and qualify needs. Pushing teams for feedback and interview scheduling. Travel would be 6 months out.
