Project Technical Recruiter
We are currently seeking a high caliber Project Technical Recruiter for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Aliso, Viejo, CA. [Hybrid]

Job Overview
As a Project Technical Recruiter, you are doing more than just filling jobs. You will engage with business partners to identify, develop, and employ strategies that build teams and organizations. A champion of both the business and talent, Talent Acquisition, works in close partnership with the HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Marketing teams, to ensure that our candidates and employees experience our People First approach. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting, and partnering with the business to attract and hire the right talent at the right time. You will identify, engage and acquire hard-to-find top talent through the relationships they build, and with creative and innovative sourcing techniques. The emphasis of the Project Technical Recruiter will be to create and communicate the overall division and company talent plans to senior leaders and assist with all facets of recruitment at varying levels.

Job Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment, having focused on acquiring professional – executive-level talent.
• 3 years of experience recruiting in the engineering, construction, transit, rail, or utilities
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Demonstrated relationship and client management experience.
• 3 years of experience applying and leveraging Top Grading practices, is preferred.
• Ability to “talk the same language” and partner with hiring managers and effectively sell opportunities to candidates.
• Strong sourcing skills required and must have a headhunter mentality.
• Strong skills in developing effective relationships, communication, managing expectations, scaling in a fast-paced organization.
• Solid analytical skills to turn data into sound business decisions.
