Major engineering client is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Analyst for a permanent, direct hire role to be based in the Dallas area.

Job Description:
The Senior Global Compensation Analyst will be an integral part of the Global Compensation & Executive Services team, providing world class services to our internal clients around the world; effectively managing projects, and executing ongoing programs. This position will report to the Manager, Global Compensation and act as a subject-matter expert, working collaboratively across the organization.
As a hybrid-remote role based out of our Irving Headquarters, the individual will:
• Partner in the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation policies & procedures, practices, and programs including base pay and incentive pay
• Manage annual survey process and participate in compensation surveys
• Analyze compensation data to evaluate the relative impact on salaries and global salary structures
• Manage compensation software and data updates required for accurate system operations
• Manipulate data and formulas in spreadsheets or other software applications to produce complex reports and metrics
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis of jobs and compensation programs through market research
• Support Regional Compensation SMEs and HR Business Partners, providing compensation analysis and recommendations
• Participate in the assessment of new job families and implementation of job architecture projects; work with HR Business Partners to draft new or revised job descriptions
• Support annual salary and bonus planning cycles
• Lead and contribute to special projects, acting as the Compensation subject matter expert on various projects
• Keep abreast of global compensation trends as well as federal, state, local, and/or provisional laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related area or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 4-7 years’ experience in global and/or executive compensation or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to a minimum of nine (9) years if non-degreed.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong technical orientation
Other Job Requirements • Detail oriented – exceptional attention to detail
• Data savvy - ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Self-starter, pro-active, works with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or course work in pursuit of designation.
• Experience working with SAP, Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and/or WillisTowersWatson TalentReward.
• Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
• Knowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration
• Ability to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Exhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees
