Sheetmetal Mechanics/Apprentices

We are currently interviewing for HVAC Sheet-Metal Mechanics and Helpers for an active project in the Columbia, SC area. We are seeking candidates that have at least 3 years of experience working on Commercial Industrial projects. This project pays daily per diem and lodging is covered by the client. Responsibilities

· Install Sheet-Metal Duct (Squared, Round, Rectangular etc.)

· Pookie and insulate

· Install grills and dampers

· Set curbs for RTU’s

· Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications

· Mechanics 5+ Years and Helpers 2+ years of commercial experience in the HVAC Sheet-Metal field

· Familiarity with Sheet-Metal schematics, blue-prints and manuals

· Familiarity with Sheet-Metal equipment and hand tools

· Must be able to handle a physical work load

· Must have own tools and reliable transportation

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
