Job Duties:
Perform multiple tasks for supplier set-up and qualification.
Under direction and training, the person will be issuing various onboarding and pre-qualification forms to multiple suppliers simultaneously, reviewing / quality checking suppliers’ returned documents, expediting those returns via phone and email as needed, interacting with suppliers nationwide, distributing various completed forms to other parties for action, and tracking the completion status of all those actions—and once the entire process is completed, entering select data into various dbase records.
This is an administratively skilled, workflow & process support role.
Requirements:
- Experience in business environments. Able to read and interpret business level written forms & requirements. Preferred: Experience in an insurance or legal environment
- MS Office tools & experience entering data into dbase systems.
- Highly organized with ability to simultaneously multi-task, track status, and prioritize work across multiple documents, suppliers, and users.
- Must possess a high degree of oral business level communications acumen, to interact verbally and directly with multiple external and internal sources via phone and email.
