Position Summary

The tire assembly associate position is the core of our tire assembly process. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, and loading shipments. As a full time, tire assembly Associate, you will focus on the loading and unloading of tires assemblies from assembly line to transporting trucks in a fast pace environment. You will be responsible for loading the correct tires and wheels on a conveyor to fill production orders. In addition, you will be putting away received tires and wheels in the appropriate location in the stocking lanes. This position is an entry level position with career growth opportunities.



Duties and Responsibilities
- Unloading tires by hand tires into a receiving rack
- Load wheels and tires onto a conveyor
- Use a pallet jack or other equipment to move tires around to the correct location within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Identify wheel defects
- Install valve stems
- Operate a lift assist
- Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work shifts and/or overtime as required
- Ability to lift 35lbs. repetitively while bending and twisting
- Occasionally lift more than 50lbs
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with pick to light system preferred
- Maintain a current driver’s license
- Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Must be 18 years or older
- Good attitude and willingness to learn


Education and Experience
- High School Degree
- Knowledge of warehouse experience a plus
- Experience with automotive assembly a plus
- Forklift driver is a plus
