Tool Repair Tech (Trainee)

TRS Craft Services is immediately seeking a Tool Repair Technician for our client in South Houston/ Pasadena, TX area.

**Willing to train candidates who meet the minimum skill requirements.**

Overview

We are seeking a Tool Repair Technician to trouble shoot, repair, and service various types of industrial and contractor’s equipment primarily pneumatic, electric, hydraulic tools, and rigging equipment to include but not limited to:

Manual Chain Hoists and Pullers
Pneumatic Tuggers / Winches
Pneumatic Impacts
Power Tools
Electric Threaders
Milling Equipment (Electric and Pneumatic)

Requires:

Qualified candidates must have mechanical aptitude, working knowledge of tools, equipment, or machinery.
Position requires a professional and customer service demeanor be always displayed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Must have a strong attention to detail and able to work with little direction.
As workload dictates, some overtime (including weekends) will be required.
Must have your own repair tools; bench equipment supplied.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, may require some overtime as workload dictates

Starting pay range: $18+/hr DOE ( To be discussed with Recruiter)

Travel- May require some travel for training purposes.
