TRS is seeking an experienced Training & Development Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity in Anderson, SC.
This position offers significant opportunities for growth, in a state of the art facility!
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with production employee direct recruitment and sourcing through agencies
• Prepare and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
• Delivery of training on group and individual levels
• Administration of third-party training
• Administration of employee performance review system, tracking activity for audit purposes
• Actively participate in employee retention and development processes
• Assist with delivery of company events and employee recognition efforts
• In the event of discovering a deviation from specification, the employee has the authority to escalate the issue through the notification procedure, up to and including stopping production and activating the emergency action plan, if applicable
• Other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements Include:
• High School Diploma required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required
• Experience within an automotive manufacturing facility preferred
Background Check and Drug Screen required as a condition of employment.
