Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Support team member to assist with daily operations in our warehouse facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
• Support other warehouse staff and departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• May require standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.
