Must possess 10+ years of experience leading a workforce, particularly union experience is preferred.

Must possess experience in planning. Must possess qualifications to inspect welds for qualify, preferably a certified welding inspector (CWI).

Required: 6 yrs plus 4 yr degree, or 10 yrs if non degreed.

OT will be required, specifically Thanksgiving and Christmas outages.
