Key Responsibilities:
- Disbursing accounts payable to individuals, suppliers, corporations, and other stakeholders
- Complete generation accounting duties such as filing, maintaining and updating financial spreadsheets.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payment documents and data.
- Perform data entry to enter and store AP data accurately.
- Check for billing discrepancies and resolve identified issues.
- Balance daily AP batches
- Ensure strict compliance with all confidentiality and privacy policies.
- Perform basic accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of AP
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Advanced Excel.
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in accounting/finance
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to reliably commute to North Vancouver.
