Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an experience Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract assignment within our client's team of experienced professionals. Based in Lebanon, IN.

Job Description

• Provide project technical and administrative support in a team environment.
• Works closely with manager, admin lead or team, with minimum supervision, handling all project administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• Technical and administrative duties include, but are not limited to report preparation, presentations, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases 
• General duties include meeting coordination (arrange meeting space, send out meeting invites, order/setup catering), file/maintain electronic project files in accordance with project closeout and file retention schedule, Email retention, travel arrangements, create expense reports, handle mail distribution.
• Uses the Internet for business purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include, but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Proficient in use of specialized software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project related software programs).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, judgment, flexibility, with some latitude for independent judgment requiring the use of organizational, prioritization skills, decision making, analytical and negotiating skills.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility; must be able to work well both independently and as a member of a project team.
• 3-5 years in administrative and/or project related experience.
• Manage scheduling for meeting spaces and conference rooms.
• Ability to schedule travel arrangements, including international travel
• Assist with planning functions to include socials, vendor lunches, and specialized training.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.
• This position will require the candidate to work at the project site location 5 days a week
