Job Duties:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure transactions recorded are accurate
- Lead and coordinate month closing process
- Lead and coordinate tax filing and compliance activities (income, sales, withholding, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Prepare balance sheet, income Statement and other management reports on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analyst role or equivalent
- Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivator with ability to work independently
- Lead a team of 3 AP clerks
