Here is an exciting opportunity for an AP Analyst / Admin with our major EPCM client in Windsor, ON! You’d be at work on a large leading construction project. The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of talented professionals in a position that boasts good-natured work. In this role, the AP Analyst / Admin is responsible for analyzing financial statements on an on-going basis to ensure accuracy and completeness!


Job Duties:
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure transactions recorded are accurate
  • Lead and coordinate month closing process
  • Lead and coordinate tax filing and compliance activities (income, sales, withholding, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Prepare balance sheet, income Statement and other management reports on a monthly basis

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analyst role or equivalent
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivator with ability to work independently
  • Lead a team of 3 AP clerks
