Job Title: AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), & Payroll Supervisor
Location: Greer, SC
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire, salaried
Compensation: $75-85k
Direct Reports: 3-5 (AP Clerks, AR Clerk, and Payroll Clerk)
Reports to: US Accounting and Tax Manager
Must have: SAP experience
Industry: automotive, manufacturing, plastics
MISSIONS:
· Ensure up-dated and accurate Accounts Receivable booking
· Keep updated booking of Account Payables
· Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits
· A/R Overdues Reporting generation
· GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) cleaning on a regular basis
· Issue on a timely and accurate manner the payroll
· Report Overdues in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management / Oracle)
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
· Coordinate and supervise the booking of collections
· Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis
· Reconcile customer self-billing
· Supervise supplier’s invoicing booking and GRNI reconciliation
· Supervise payroll activity
· Ensure compliance with internal control policies
· Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
COMPETENCIES:
· Finance or Accounting Bachelor Degree
· Possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting
· Self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions
· Certified Public Accountant credentials a plus
· SAP FI Module and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management / Oracle) a plus
· Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds, including high level (US Managers, Finance Manager from other business units and key reporting position on headquarters)
· Experience in internal control
· Fluent English
· Strong analytical skills with ability to work with tight deadlines
**Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
**Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
