BIM 360 Field Coordinator

For a datacenter project in Eemshaven, we are looking for a BIM 360 Field Coordinator. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor project site specific BIM 360 Field procedures and associated cloud based systems, in accordance with client and project specific requirements
• Effectively collaborate within Team and with Client- and Contractor-representatives to deliver quality right first time
• Provide a platform for all project (field and management) users. Act as administrator for Project Access
• Manage BIM 360 Field workflows
• Monitor the current status of project issues
• Compile quality and commissioning templates and checklists for MEP critical equipment
• Analyze collected data to drive learning and improvement of job site procedures

Other Responsibilities

• Works directly with Construction, Quality and Commissioning management team
• Manage Quality and Commissioning templates and checklists
• Sets up project and keeps it maintained
• Checks own work and work of others and makes sure standards are being met
• Has effective communication with construction and project management team
• Attends project meetings as required
• Works with project BIM manager for strategy on the project
• Download and upload files when needed to keep project current
• Helps maintain and develop BIM360 standards

 Competences

• Requires minimal training on software
• Requires minimal check for any work being submitted
• Can make recommendations on BIM360 best practices
• Can help and train others on BIM360, based off standards and best practices
• Can translate project specs and inspection plans into BIM360 FM checklists
• Can read project specs

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• 5+ years in construction industry
• Expert Level BIM360 Field Management 2.0 operator
• Ability to communicate with others
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with others
• Strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude
• Organizational skills
• Ability to manage his/her time
• Positive attitude and readiness to learn
• Self-Motivator and team player

Contractor related

• Execute BIM360 Field Onboarding Program for Subcontractors
• Organize and lead Contractor BIM 360 Field Kick-off meetings
• Review and approve construction contractors checklists
• Prepare periodic (automated) reports to the Quality and Turnover Manager
• Training of new staff
