FUNCTION: BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
DISCIPLINE: FINANCE, HR & ADMINISTRATION
LOCATION: PINETOWN, DURBAN
DURATION: PERMANENT
SALARY: MARKET RELATED

"Our client specializing in the Food Industry is urgently looking for a BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR with Finance experience to join the dynamic team based in PINETOWN, DURBAN."

DUTIES ARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Xero accounting – invoices, statements. Bookkeeping to Trial balance and Balance sheet.
  • Bank recon (OFX).
  • Pastel payroll.
  • Vat, EMP501, EMP201 (SDL, UIF).
  • Workman’s Compensation.
  • Admin, incl. answering the phone, general emails.
  • Booking couriers.
  • H.R. – staff leave, IRP 5, contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Accredited Tertiary Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years related job experience with a proven track record.
  • Software experience / knowledge.
