BRP Digital Modeller

We require a Business Analyst to create Business Realisation Plan (BRP) that provides the roadmap for how we will transform our ways of working to achieve our desired six Alliance outcomes and realise the ambition for the Alliance over the next 10 years. The BRP was developed by bringing together the learning from within the Alliance, from across the Partner organisations and best practice that is happening across the infrastructure sector and beyond.

Responsibilities
• Define a Handover Guide development roadmap aligned to the Asset Group strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the Guide to ensure it will meet expectations
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the Guide features so they are clearly understood by the Development team
• Act as a representative for the Guide internally and externally during development, delivery and deployment
• Work within the Production Hub and with the schemes to ensure the Guide developed meets varied needs and is fit for purpose

About You
• An understanding and experience with Agile or other development methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
• Confident decision maker with an ability to solve problems and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards deliverable commitments
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customer
• Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Confident to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
