Our client is seeking an experienced Building Owner to represent the investor's interests on a large-scale EPC industrial construction project in Nysa. The role is responsible for overseeing the execution of building and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, budget, schedule, and HSE regulations throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the owner's representative for construction and building-related activities on site
- Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with design documentation, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance
- Identify risks, manage issues, and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Review and approve technical solutions, construction methodologies, and project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in progress meetings and provide regular reporting to the project leadership team
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- Extensive experience managing industrial construction projects from the owner's or EPC perspective
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project controls
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Good understanding of Polish construction regulations and permitting processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Communicative English (mandatory) for collaboration within an international project environment
