Buyer - Hardware

The most exciting role of Buyer – Hardware exists within a well known retail and financial institution in the Sandton, Gauteng – Johannesburg South Africa.

Education and experience

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree is required
Experience in Consumer Electronics retail environment is advantageous
3 Years of retail merchandise and buying experience is essential.
Consumer Electronics buying experience is essential
Working knowledge of the retail cycle and merchandise buying principles and processes.
Understanding and experience in retail planning principles and processes is advantageous
A clear understanding of Consumer Electronics in the retail environment
A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages is required (SAP)
