Change Management Specialist

We have a contract opportunity which could lead to long-term work for one of our clients involved in various mining projects in Canada.

They are looking to fill a Change Management Specialist in their Vancouver office. The company provides for a flex office option of 3 days in Vancouver office and 2 days from home (Monday through Friday).

Overview
• Initiating change and engagement processes within the group and working with a wide range of initiatives and stakeholders.
• This role will provide a blend of leadership, coaching, strategy, and hands on implementation.
• Functionally reports to the Project Manager and specific project teams.
• Participate in the change management process.

Key Qualifications
• Business Analysis, Business Enterprise, or Engineering background.
• At least 5 years’ combined experience in managing culture change, organizational design change management, and capital project delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives.
• Strong background in using MS Office (MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc).
