Job description.
We are developing large-scale solar, wind, and solar-wind hybrid projects across India. We are looking for an experienced EHV Projects professional with strong site execution, coordination, and management capabilities across Transmission Lines and Pooling / Grid Substations. This role involves hands-on site leadership, ensuring safe execution, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of EHV civil, electrical, and mechanical works across challenging project environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper concrete pouring, curing, rebar placement, and all structural elements meet the stringent requirements for turbine support.
- Directly supervise and manage the construction of wind turbine foundations, ensuring precise execution as per technical specifications, quality control plans, and concrete mix designs.
- Manage the construction and maintenance of access roads, specifically focusing on the requirement for heavy haulage of wind turbine components.
- Prepare and present accurate civil work progress updates, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to the Project Manager.
- Oversee and manage site surveys and detailed geotechnical investigation for wind farm development.
- Supervise and manage extensive earthwork activities including cut & fill operation, excavation for large foundations, backfilling, and compaction, ensuring strict adherence to design and quality standards.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience (5-6 years in site execution and project management).
- Erection of WTG is plus
