JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cost estimating and cost data analysis of data centre projects.
- Understanding of complexities relating to data centre projects.
- Cost and contracts management of data centre projects.
- Understanding of technology options and related cost impacts.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited BSc Quantity Surveyor qualification or similar
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Datacenter expertise.
