Our client is an Indigenous owned company specialising in Construction and Maintenance Civil, Rail & Electrical scopes for major clients.
Our portfolio of clients includes (but not limited to) BHP, PTA, Rio Tinto, MRWA, ARC, Southern Ports, Alcoa & CBH.
The project has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Civil Concrete Supervisor. This will be a Perth Metro based role with the opportunity to join an exciting forward thinking team.
Reporting to the Civil Superintendent you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring of the contractors daily works, including visits of inspection, daily progress reporting and field leadership activities.
- Input/ review to construction planning and progress claims.
- Ensure all site systems, processes, procedures and safe work practices are utilised by all personnel.
- Provide leadership and promote the safety culture and ownership in accordance with the HSE management system.
- Solid and validated experience working in a Civil Concrete Supervisor position.
- Industry experience focusing on concrete on major civil projects.
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating and planning major civil projects, with tier 2/3 civil contractors.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Strong written skills and competency with Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel etc.)
