Job Objective
The Construction Manager for Offshore EPCIC Projects will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction phase of the projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed construction project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is executed according to plans and specifications.
  • Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials and resources and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and adheres to industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on construction activities.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, controlling expenditures, and tracking financial performance.

Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) or additional training in construction management is a plus.
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in offshore projects and at least 10 years’ experience in EPCIC projects.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the Offshore EPCIC Project, especially in Subsea cable project
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
