REQUISITOS:
TITULACIÓN: Titulación de grado o master en Informática, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o carrera técnica
CERTIFICACIONES:
• Obligatoria: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Altamente valorable: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Permisos de trabajo y residencia en España
Requisitos imprescindibles: Mínimo 5 años trabajando con ServiceNow
Requisitos técnicos:
- Mínimo 3 a 5 años trabajando en implementación, configuración y mantenimiento de la solución ServiceNow CSM.
- Experiencia en procesos de gestión de casos, omnicanalidad y automatización de servicios al cliente.
- Conocimientos técnicos específicos de CSM: Gestión de casos (Case Management), Configuración de Gestión de Cuentas y Contactos, Portales, Workflows de resolución, Entitlement y SLAs.
- Experiencia adicional en ServiceNow ITSM: Mínimo 3 a 5 año años trabajando con ServiceNow ITSM
- Conocimientos de desarrollo en ServiceNow: Desarrollo de workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, Service Portal, App Engine, JavaScript (nivel intermedio/avanzado)
- Integraciones: Experiencia integrando ServiceNow con otros sistemas (por ejemplo, mediante REST/SOAP APIs).
- Capacidad para analizar, diseñar e implementar soluciones CSM alineadas con los procesos de negocio de los clientes.
- Experiencia participando en sesiones de levantamiento de requisitos con clientes.
- Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, SAFe).
• Buenas prácticas ITIL: ITIL v3 o v4 (Certificación ITIL Foundation).

- MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Híbrida (Máximo 1 día presencial en nuestras oficinas de Pozuelo)
- LUGAR DE TRABAJO: Madrid
- HORARIO: De lunes a jueves de 8 a 17:30 y viernes y jornada de verano de 8 a 14:30h
- Contrato indefinido
