We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality CSA and Clean Room Engineer to contribute to the successful expansion of our pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, clean room design, and construction, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for clean room construction and commissioning.
- Ensure adherence to stringent regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA) and industry standards.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and validation of clean room finishes, including wall, ceiling, and floor materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clean room design and construction into the overall project.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address potential non-conformances.
- Provide technical expertise on clean room design, construction, and validation.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and reports.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and clean room engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of clean room design principles, construction materials, and validation processes.
- Experience with clean room classification and certification processes.
- Knowledge of HVAC and environmental control systems for clean rooms.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
