We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with top performing merchants and ensure delivery of best-in-class customer management to merchants in this sector.  Don’t miss out on this exciting job opportunity located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Job Summary:
This hands-on role focuses on building strong relationships with top-performing merchants in retail and hospitality, driving customer success, and supporting business development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage partner accounts and nurture merchant relationships to maximize DCC opportunities.
  • Monitor performance, deliver tailored MIS reporting, and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Act as first point of contact for key merchants and partners.
  • Provide training, compliance support, and assist with marketing/promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with partners to innovate and expand product offerings.
  • Travel regularly to client sites (hybrid: 1 day home, 4 days on the road).

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
  • Experience in retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills (POS, e-commerce, CRM, Excel, AI tools).
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, with initiative and influence.
  • Valid South African driver’s license and own car.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
