Data Integrator 

 

Summary

The role of the Data Integrator is to manage and maintain data analysis and integration of disparate systems on the Project. This role will be responsible for building data integration and reporting solutions to meet business needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Write and implement strategies and plans to extract, transform and distribute data across a wide variety of sources.
  • Interface with various disciplines to support data analysis and integration (Construction, Project Controls, Project Management, etc.).
  • Create and manage reporting databases.
  • Provide support in the development, maintenance and/or upgrades of business solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Interpret data and specifications.
  • Develop/design data models, reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Create technical guides, whitepapers and data visualization documents.
  • Manage time and delivery of tasks according to deadlines.

 

Qualifications

  • Education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience with programming and coding (C# .Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Process Workflow Management systems (OpenText MBPM) considered an asset.
  • Experience with Model Review and Design Systems (SmartPlant, Navisworks) considered an asset.
  • Access Control Systems (Maxxes) and Camp Reservation and Travel Systems (IBS, Nomadis) considered an asset.
  • Experience in database management and reporting is preferred.
  • Experience in a construction site environment is considered an asset.
