We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the J3 Expansion Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination across stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of document control best practices within large-scale oil and gas FEED and EPC projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project document control experience.
- Must be well‑versed in Project Document Processes and Document Flow.
- Experience in at least two (2) oil and gas FEED or EPC projects is required.
- Strong understanding of document management standards, quality requirements, and audit readiness.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Document Controller include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the Company’s primary Document Controller for the J3 Expansion Project.
- Ensure all Contractor document submissions meet required project quality, format, and compliance standards.
- Interface directly with the Contractor to resolve document issues, ensuring timely and compliant resubmissions.
- Maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and up‑to‑date document control system for all EPC, SIMOPS, and interface documentation.
- Monitor document status, registers, metadata, and workflows to ensure they remain complete, accurate, and fully audit‑ready.
- Support project teams by providing documentation updates, tracking, and reporting as required.
- Ensure document control processes are consistently applied in accordance with project procedures and governance.
