Our client, a globally leading EPC, is looking for a Document Controller on a contract basis to support on a large project in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities

Document Management — Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring correct version control, naming conventions, and filing structures.

EDMS Administration — Manage Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, Viewpoint, Procore, BIM 360, or similar.

Document Distribution — Issue, track, and record the flow of documents between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Compliance Control — Ensure all documents meet project, client, and regulatory standards (O&M, SOPs, technical drawings, specifications).

Project Support — Provide administrative support to project teams, including registers, trackers, meeting minutes, and reporting.

Audit & Reporting — Prepare document status reports, audit trails, and compliance logs for project reviews.

Interface Management — Liaise with engineering, construction, procurement, and external partners to ensure timely document flow.

Quality Assurance — Check documents for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before release.
Skills & Experience Required

EDMS proficiency — Experience with SharePoint, Viewpoint, Procore, Aconex, Asite, or BIM 360.

Construction/Engineering exposure — Background in EPC, infrastructure, renewables, pharma, or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, and project filing structures.

Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple document streams.

Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with multidisciplinary teams.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
