Estimator

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an Estimator for one of our clients, a leading construction company in Canada for their office in Lower Mainland.

The Estimator will be reporting to the Chief Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for looking after the client's institutional, commercial, industrial, high-rise, etc. projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling cost estimation for various projects from conception through execution
- Review tender and bids
- Represent the client
-Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, etc.
- Guide and mentor junior members

Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Estimator working on various projects in Vancouver
- Degree or Diploma in related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
