IT SAP EWM Business Analyst
Singapore
2-Year Contract
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced IT SAP EWM Business Analyst to join a large-scale business transformation and ERP enhancement program. This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive SAP EWM initiatives, improve warehouse operations, and deliver business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational and technology needs across SAP ERP platforms, including SAP EWM, S/4HANA, and ECC.

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

Facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support solution assessments.

Develop user stories, requirements traceability matrices (RTM), and process documentation.
-
Support SAP EWM integration design, master data activities, testing, and validation processes.
-
Drive end-to-end UAT planning, test script development, test data preparation, and execution support.

Collaborate with business, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business value realization.

Skills & Experience
-
5–8 years of Business Analysis experience delivering business and technology change initiatives.

Strong SAP EWM implementation and functional knowledge.
-
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
-
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
-
Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional project teams.
-
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
-
Experience within regulated or complex global environments is highly desirable.
