The company is seeking an experienced and motivated External Sales Representative with experience in hydraulics or in the engineering industry. This role is based in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Province.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by offering expert guidance, solutions, and product knowledge.
- Drive new business development through cold calls, site visits, product demos, and effective territory planning.
- Provide accurate and competitive customer quotations and follow-ups.
- Ensure orders and deliveries are effectively managed and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Support company goals by meeting monthly sales and GP targets.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Matric (minimum); Tertiary qualification in a technical or commercial field is advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven sales experience in hydraulics or in the engineering field.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Sound administrative, reporting, and route planning capabilities.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
