Finance Assistant

Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant in Windsor, ON.

In this very exciting role, the qualified candidate will support the Gordie Howe International Bridge project performing clerical and administrative duties related to basic accounting activities. Some duties include routine data entry into finance systems, mail distribution, and maintaining compliance with all applicable polices. This individual will ensure all assignments are planned, organized and carried out as directed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include, but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious manner
• Preference for finance education in a technical education environment
• Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
