- Work with construction contractors to assist in addressing identified concerns. Review their mobilisation plan, execution plan and method statements.
- Facilitate and oversee interface coordination among multiple contractors at site.
- Monitor contractors’ material planning and planned availability.
- Coordination of as-built records by making sure the contractors have issued their as-builts in the BMI document system.
- Review design scope and approach regarding constructability.
- Review and audit that field construction activities are in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Promote the site safety and security procedures and project work rules.
- Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the site, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
- Help resolve site technical queries and provide engineering support to assist in resolving queries when needed.
- Confirm that daily and weekly short-range planning is maintained.
- Review contractor manpower levels required to attain schedule milestones.
- Be familiar with the contractual commitments of contractor(s), including cost, quality, and schedule.
- Monitor the quality of all work in accordance with the standards as specified in the design documents.
- The role is for a Sr position so the person should have around 10 years of experience (if less we can consider).
- Construction experience in Slovakia, should know the Slovakian local construction culture/regulations
- Should speak English and Slovakian
- The position is for a general supervisor who should be able to handle Civil/Structural, Mechanical and Electrical scopes.
