As the Head of Project Controls,you will lead on the evaluation of project time, cost and quality targets. You will also lead on the communication and monitoring of project governance controls in order to enable the successful delivery of the Client Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of contractor requirements through early supply chain engagement
Take leadership for the improvement of operating policies to mitigate
Oversee periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality and risk to drive expedient project delivery;
Oversee the coordination and communication of Client’s period reporting cycle
Lead business reporting activity
Lead a team and set individuals’ objectives
Support the Programme Controls Director in delivering market and strategy insights to Client’s Senior Commercial teams.

Additionally, you shall have:
A proven track record of working on large scale infrastructure projects under NEC
Experience of advising Senior Management teams and Directors
Strong Strategic communication experience, with the ability to successfully engage, promote and influence across a large range of stakeholders (including the Executive), both internal and external
