Location: Amsterdam/Rotterdam
Hours per week: 32 until 40
The HR Officer is responsible for:
• ensuring adequate support in relation to all HR, Payroll, Employee Benefits (expat flats), Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and other HR and administration related activities, across a variety of departments at different levels;
• support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, systems and tools, according to the guidelines and procedure approved by the HR, Organization;
• managing HR documents and information received both through internal and external channels, filing them within dedicated systems and tools;
• analyzing the tasks associated to each role, in manner to draft the job description accordingly;
• starting the recruitment activities, presiding the full cycle hiring process, from job posting till contract negotiation and boarding related activities;
• managing and maintaining contacts and relationship with candidates, organising and conducting in first person the preliminary job interviews;
• sharing evaluations and relevant information above HR matters with the reference person;
• developing and implementing a boarding program for onboarding, transfers and off boarding, according to the indication received from HR Overseas Manager;
• assisting the HR Manager Overseas on this projects in the Netherlands.
• managing and maintaining contracts, pay slips, personnel files and other employee information;
• providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees;
• assisting the HR Manager Overseas in the preparation of report, regarding the HR performances, functionality and the overall HR operations, anomalies and procedures;
• interfacing regularly with HR Management, Coordinators and corporate/local Officers, ensuring the compliance and the application of the HR guidelines, procedures and best practices;
Job requirements:
• Finished bachelor in human resources;
• preferable 10 years experience in another human resources related job with included at least 5 years experience as HR in an international orientated and project organization in the Oil&Gas,, Industries or construction
• Fluent in both English and Dutch
Knowledge of the Dutch labor regulations
