HSE Coordinator
We are looking for an HSE Coordinator to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in Hillerød, Denmark.
Duty's May Include:
- Conversant in English (read, write, speak).
- Meeting coordination – writing and issue of minutes of meeting.
- Update weekly self-assessment schedules.
- Proficiency in MS tools (word, excel, pp, outlook)
- Monitor the HSE Team mailbox.
- Previous construction site experience (preferred).
- Previous HSE Department experience (preferred).
- Data management; dashboard reports.
- Interface with local vendors for procurement of HSE materials.
- HSE equipment inventory / asset tracking
- Event management – HSE team building events/celebrations
- Issue of project HSE communications and alerts.
- Visitor management protocols (PPE, etc.).
- Creative development of project HSE signs and banners.
- Audit and track Contractor performance in HSE SharePoint folders.
- Coordination with Contractor HSE Leads.
