HSE Coordinator
We are looking for an HSE Coordinator to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in Hillerød, Denmark. 

Duty's May Include: 
  1. Conversant in English (read, write, speak).
  2. Meeting coordination – writing and issue of minutes of meeting.
  3. Update weekly self-assessment schedules.
  4. Proficiency in MS tools (word, excel, pp, outlook)
  5. Monitor the HSE Team mailbox.
  6. Previous construction site experience (preferred).
  7. Previous HSE Department experience (preferred).
  8. Data management; dashboard reports.
  9. Interface with local vendors for procurement of HSE materials.
  10. HSE equipment inventory / asset tracking
  11. Event management – HSE team building events/celebrations
  12. Issue of project HSE communications and alerts.
  13. Visitor management protocols (PPE, etc.).
  14. Creative development of project HSE signs and banners.
  15. Audit and track Contractor performance in HSE SharePoint folders.
  16. Coordination with Contractor HSE Leads.
