Job Offer: Interface Manager

Location: Płock, Poland


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating collaboration between various project teams, contractors, suppliers, and the client.
  • Managing technical and organizational interfaces between all project stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating the interface register to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Organizing interface meetings and workshops to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
  • Supporting project teams in the exchange of technical documentation and information.
  • Ensuring smooth data flow between departments and alignment of work schedules.
  • Reporting interface status and related risks to project leadership.
  • Cooperating with quality, safety, and scheduling teams to ensure consistency across all project activities.

Expectations:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or interface management, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects. Oil&gas experience is a big plus.
  • Higher technical education (preferred fields: engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical).
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary project processes and execution.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in international project environments is a plus.
