Job Offer: Interface Manager
Location: Płock, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating collaboration between various project teams, contractors, suppliers, and the client.
- Managing technical and organizational interfaces between all project stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating the interface register to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Organizing interface meetings and workshops to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
- Supporting project teams in the exchange of technical documentation and information.
- Ensuring smooth data flow between departments and alignment of work schedules.
- Reporting interface status and related risks to project leadership.
- Cooperating with quality, safety, and scheduling teams to ensure consistency across all project activities.
Expectations:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or interface management, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects. Oil&gas experience is a big plus.
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical).
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary project processes and execution.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in international project environments is a plus.
