Intermediate Project Manager

TRS Staffing is currently looking for Infrastructure focused Intermediate Project Managers for a top tier engineering consultancy firm based in Vancouver. Our client excels in facilities management, project planning and management, commercial planning, bid analysis, constructability analysis, asset management, building performance verification and much more. The biggest areas of focus for these roles are infrastructure, utilities, institutional, commercial and municipal.
 
As an Intermediate Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of quality products, managing multiple high dynamic projects, coordinating various phases of a full cycle lead in projects such as design and construction, scheduling, budgeting and risk management and overseeing the RFPs and performance of all the different aspects of the project. You should also be adept in leadership skills and be the individual that advocates the company’s vision and upholds it in front of the clients throughout the entire term of the project.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and construction management
• P.Eng or PMP designation
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Exposure to projects within the following sectors: civil works, transportation, municipal, infrastructure, storm and waste water management, public, institutional, and commercial, education, healthcare, provincial, office buildings, utilities, and cultural entities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
